Your Sharetribe marketplace is located on a subdomain of sharetribe.com. This is where you log in. When you created your trial account, we created this subdomain. It looks like this:
yourmarketplacename.sharetribe.com
To log in and access your marketplace, you have to go to your marketplace subdomain and log in there.
If you don't remember what subdomain you have chosen, please check your email inbox for the Welcome to Sharetribe email that we sent to you after you validated your email.
If you can't find the Welcome to Sharetribe email, please contact us: help@sharetribe.com.
N.B. Remember to contact us from the email address that you used to sign up for Sharetribe.
