When buyers pay with their credit/debit card and the transaction is processed by Stripe, their credit/debit card number is not stored.

Administrators or sellers can't charge buyers again as they don't have access to the buyer payment information. 

If buyers want to make another transaction, they will have to input their payment details again on the payment page.
