Each active user in your marketplace is counted as a user. 

They can be sellers or buyers. An active user is a person that has registered to your marketplace, accepted the terms of use, and confirmed their e-mail address.

If you disable a user account, they stop counting as an active user.

People that visit your marketplace but don't register are not counted as an active user.
