There is currently no integrated feature that allows you to chat with your marketplace users. However, there is a workaround: Custom scripts!

Multiple third-party services provide chat widgets that are very simple to add to your marketplace. They provide a simple Javascript code that can be pasted in your Admin panel's custom script section.

Each provider's chat widget is configured differently within the provider's page, but installing it to your marketplace should be as simple as copying and pasting the Javascript code in the custom script section of your Admin panel.
