To keep up with the activity in a marketplace, it is possible to monitor things from the Admin panel. For the most important events, the marketplace team can also be notified by email. These notifications can be enabled in your marketplace settings.
"New member" email notification
Administrators can be notified when a new member joins their marketplace, even if the user hasn't confirmed their email address yet. The notification is sent to all admins.
To enable this feature:
Log into your marketplace Admin panel
Go to the "General> Admin notifications" page
Check the "Send admins an email whenever a new user signs up" box
Save

"New transaction" email notification
Administrators can be notified when a new transaction starts in their marketplace. This applies to free and paid transactions, but not conversations. The notification is sent to all admins.
To enable this feature:
Log in to your marketplace Admin panel
Go to the "General> Admin notifications" page
Check the "Send admins an email whenever a new transaction starts" box
Save
