To keep up with the activity in a marketplace, it's possible to monitor things from the admin panel. And for the most important events, the marketplace team can be notified by email.

"New member" email notification

Administrators can be notified when a new member joins their marketplace, even if the user hasn't confirmed their email address yet. The notification is sent to all admins. 

To enable this feature:

  • log in your marketplace admin panel
  • go to the "Settings" tab
  • go to the "Email preferences" section
  • check the "Send admins an email whenever a new user signs up" box
  • save

That's it!

"New transaction" email notification

Administrators can be notified when a new transaction starts in their marketplace. This applies to free and paid transactions, but not conversations. The notification is sent to all admins. 

To enable this feature:

  • log in your marketplace admin panel
  • go to the "Settings" tab
  • go to the "Email preferences" section
  • check the "Send admins an email whenever a new transaction starts" box
  • save
