Why don't you support more currencies or countries?

In General, Stripe supports over 135 currencies. However with Stripe Connect, the currencies that you can use with this payment gateway depend mainly on the country where your bank account is located.

Even though you can use 135 currencies, your main bank account has to be located in one of these countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States and your customer's bank accounts can be located in one of these supported countries.

Sharetribe will support more countries over time and we strive to make Stripe available in the future to all of our users in any Stripe supported country.
