Upgrade from the Starter or Hobby plan to the Pro plan

Please contact Sharetribe support to upgrade your plan. We'll also send you instructions to set up your white-label marketplace with your own domain. Setting up the domain requires action from both you and the Sharetribe team, and might take up to 48 hours.

If you reach the user limit on the hobby plan the Sharetribe team will be in contact with you to inform that you will be upgraded to the next plan soon. We will then do the upgrade for you. This will not cause any downtime and your users will be able to access your marketplace at all times.

Upgrade from the Pro plan to the Growth plan

When you reach the user limit of the Pro plan, the Sharetribe team will be in contact with you to inform that you will be upgraded to the next plan soon. We will then do the upgrade for you. This will not cause any downtime and your users will be able to access your marketplace at all times.

Upgrade from the Growth plan to the Scale plan

When you reach the user limit of the Growth plan, the Sharetribe team will be in contact with you to inform that you will be upgraded to the next plan soon. We will then do the upgrade for you.This will not cause any downtime and your users will be able to access your marketplace at all times.

What happens to my the payment left on your current subscription:

When we upgrade you due to reaching the user limit it can be done in the middle of a subscription period. The reminder of the money for the subscription will be used as credit toward the new subscription. In other words you will not loose any money due to the upgrade
